Jumping Between Different Sized Objects

The exercise can be made more difficult by jumping between different sized objects. Also dropping from a higher position onto the ground and then quickly jumping to a higher level increases the difficulty. The exercises can be performed with two foot jumps or single leg. It is recommended to begin jumping onto one box at a time before alternating various sized boxes or benches.
