Start out in the supine position on the mat. Raise your head and shoulders off the mat and grab your knees. Extend your arms and legs out in a V-position.

Bring your arms forward and hold them out straight in front of you so that they touch your legs. Raise and lower the legs three-to-five times, touching your hands to your legs each time.
